The Downwell Group comprises of three companies, Downwell Demolition, Inner City Environmental and Inner City Scaffolding. All three trade independently and have separate client bases but work closely together under the Downwell Group umbrella on demolition, enabling and remediation projects. All three companies are owned by group managing director Matt Phillips who is supported by his management and financial team.

Our client base across all three companies includes Main Contractors, Demolition Contractors, Property Developers, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Facilities Management, Cost and Project Management Consultants.

Based in West Thurrock with easy access to the M25, we work predominantly in London and the South East.

We have an extensive fleet of the latest plant and equipment supported by a fully equipped workshop and mobile support unit.

Downwell hold all industry accreditations including being a member of the NFDC.
